Baby & Me Wellbeing is a specialist pregnancy massage, postnatal massage and wellbeing business nestled in a village just outside of the historic city of Lincoln specialising in nurturing and supporting Mums and their babies throughout pregnancy, the postnatal period and into Motherhood.

Our relaxing treatments and services have been carefully crafted to optimise your wellbeing and relaxation, soothing both mind and body, holding space to honour your Motherhood journey and helping you to feel grounded, empowered and ready to take on the journey ahead.

Whether you’re in the bloom of pregnancy or knee-deep in the joys of motherhood, our blissful massage treatments are available to soothe and support you at every stage. From 13 weeks gestation onwards, we’re here to offer a nurturing touch that honours the miraculous journey of pregnancy and beyond.

As well as offering divine treatments for you we have holistic classes and workshops for you and your baby in person and online including baby massage, baby yoga and baby reflexology which focus on your little ones wellbeing, relaxation and development as well as strengthening the all important bond with you, their loving parent.

Hi Mama,

I’m Hayley, your dedicated pregnancy & postnatal wellbeing specialist.

I have been running Baby & Me for nearly 10 years and during this time have been privileged enough to support hundreds of new and expectant Mums (and their babies) with holistic massage and wellbeing services both in person and online.

As well as offering specialist pre and postnatal massage treatments tailored to your individual needs I am also a c-section scar therapist and passionate about supporting women planning for and recovering from elected and unexpected c-section births.
